General provisions

All bets are accepted subject to these rules and the specific conditions displayed at bet placement. In case of conflict, the most specific rule for that sport or market takes precedence.

Minimum and maximum stakes vary by market and account tier. Paradise reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager without obligation to provide reasoning.

Event timing & postponements

  • Football: match must complete within 48 hours of scheduled kick-off or bets void (unless rescheduled within window)
  • Tennis: player retirement rules vary by market — check match winner vs set betting
  • Basketball: NBA overtime included in full-game totals unless stated
  • Abandoned events void unless official result declared within 24 hours

Live (in-play) betting

Live odds may suspend during goals, penalties, red cards, and technical issues. Bets placed after a material event or during suspension may be voided.

Live statistics are indicative — settlement uses official sources regardless of on-screen display errors.

Cash out offers are optional settlements — not guaranteed availability on all markets.

Maximum payouts & errors

Daily and per-bet maximum payouts apply and scale with VIP level. Palpable errors in odds (e.g. reversed favourites) may result in bet cancellation and stake refund.
