All sports wagers are settled according to our Betting Rules and official result sources. Casino and slot outcomes are determined by certified RNGs or live dealer equipment operated by licensed providers.

Obvious pricing or settlement errors may be corrected. Bets placed after the outcome is known, via system malfunction, or in breach of bonus terms may be voided at our discretion.

Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except where stated in the market rules.

Paradise is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues, third-party provider downtime, or force majeure events beyond our control.
